Transaction Client Care Coordinator/Closing Manager

"It is my job to over see the transaction after a property goes under contract. My function is to see that every contractual detail is taken care of, every deadline and contingency is met and satisfied, and that our clients successfully make it to closing. My goal is to ensure that each client has a seamless transaction; that is, one that closes without a hitch. To accomplish that, we have implemented systems, checklists, and a proactive action plan to troubleshoot any problem areas before they surface. I work behind the scenes to help penny with her correspondence and mounds of paperwork. I handle the ever-increasing volume of telephone calls and faxes that come into our offices, and support the other team members whenever possible. It is my job to keep the office up and running so that all functions smoothly and efficiently."

   
   
 

Client Care / Listing Manager

"It is my job to handle all of the administrative responsibilities in marketing our listings until they go under contract. I coordinate our specific action plans with Penny, monitor advertising and showing activity, and work directly with the selling agents to enable them to have all of the information they need on a moment's notice. I am responsible for obtaining feedback from the agents and potential buyers and assisting Penny in communicating with our Sellers on a regular basis."
